I was out of shape, depressed, alcoholic and hated my job as a lawyer.
One day, hungover and angry as usual, I was arguing with my family and accidently veered off the road.
We found ourselves teetering on the edge of a large drop off which was terrifying for everyone.
Thankfully, no one was hurt, but after my family were helped to safety, I sat in the gutter and it all hit me.
I could have seriously injured my children (or worse). I was miserable, angry and unhealthy. My marriage was ending, I hated my work and everything in my life felt like one dark struggle.
Now, crying in the gutter while police closed off the road to retrieve my car, I hit rock bottom.
It was in that moment, the lowest point in my life, that I decided to change.
I made a choice in that moment, that I no longer wanted to suffer.
Ever since that moment 5 years ago I have devoted my life to a path of health and happiness.
I learned practices that completely transformed my body and mind and gave me a whole new relationship with myself and everyone around me.
