How to Start...

Private One-on-One Sessions are custom designed for your needs (and wants) to achieve your personal movement goals. 

Group Classes are programmed to cover non-negotiables such as hanging, squatting, spinal movements as well as interactive play and a range of other disciplines.

All training options are orientated for you to develop a skillful, strong, mobile body that not only looks good, but is also highly capable of doing epic things.

Safely restore your mobility through primal positions & flow and take your bodyweight strength to it's full capacity.

Using a combination of training methods, from gymnastics, calisthenics, hand-balancing, loaded mobility, locomotion flow, object manipulation and much more, you'll be moving pain free, with power, confidence and feeling better than you ever have before.

In addition to building strength & mobility capacity, I also enjoy teaching members skills like Handstands, how to flow on Rings, how create Locomotion Flow patterns and much more. So, you'll never get bored.
