My movement philosophy is to help students to develop strong, mobile & fluid bodies using disciplines such as gymnastics, handstands, rings, locomotion & soft acrobatics. 

Suitable for adults of any level my objective is to have you moving with conscious intention, power & flow and most importantly, pain-free!

My goal is not to "flog" you bootcamp style but instead to focus on quality movement to restore and enhance those primal ranges and positions your body was designed to have access to.

Online Training

I sat in the gutter and cried. It had finally happened. I'd hit rock bottom. 

Hey, I'm Aaron and six years ago I was in a dark place. I wasn't coping with the stress of running a law firm or being a new dad. I was dependent on alcohol, had anger management problems and I was in the worst shape of my life. 

One day, hungover and angry as usual, I was arguing with my family and accidently veered off the road. We found ourselves teetering on the edge of a large drop off which was terrifying for everyone.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, but after my family were helped to safety, I sat in the gutter and it all hit me. I could have seriously injured my children (or worse). I was miserable, angry and unhealthy. My marriage was ending, I hated my work and everything in my life felt like one dark struggle.

Now, crying in the gutter while police closed off the road to retrieve my car, I hit rock bottom.

It was in that moment, the lowest point in my life, that I decided to change.

Ever since that moment 6 years ago I have devoted my life to a path of health and happiness. 

I've now trained my body to be strong, mobile and fluid and calmed my mind through movement, breath and stillness practices.

Now my mission is to share these practices with YOU so you can live your healthiest happiest life too!
